Essentials of QI - How to get started on your QI Project

Quality Improvement Project Workshop. Turn your improvement idea into a QIP in 2 hours. Learn the essentials of Quality Improvement Methodology including: Understanding your system, Setting your SMART aim, Developing a driver diagram, Choosing your measures, and Planning your PDSA cycles. Reflection in Practice: 'A Taster' Workshop

The objective of this short intensive hands-on workshop is to enable attendees to apply sound reflection principles to the practice of reflection in their busy professional lives. The emphasis will be on practices that are “doable” but also worthwhile. Attendees will be invited to review pre-course material and to submit written responses in advance.
