How to begin your registration?
To register, you will need to create a new user account

To create an account, follow the instructions on the "Create a new user account" tab below to start the registration process, and please make a note of your password for future logins.
Complete the registration form by submitting your payment details to successfully create your user account and save your details on our system.

Payment can be made with credit card, debit card or bank transfer. if you would like to pay via a bank transfer, please email finance@coa.ie for further details.

Please be advised that our system will time out after 20 minutes if registration is not fully completed within this time. Registration forms that are not fully completed will not be saved.

A new account must be made for each individual registration. The same account cannot be used for multiple registrations, as doing so may override any previously saved data.

  •         Local organising committee
  •         Doggett Printing (parchments)
  •         Casimir Printing (booklet)

How long will we store your data for?

Primary Address

As children under 12 are not permitted into the conferring hall you can reserve a space in the Family Room?

If you would like to use the family room please state for how many people?

Please note the following:
Spaces in the family room are limited.
The ceremony is live streamed into the family room.
Due to space restrictions conferees are permitted two guests.
All minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
The family room will not be supervised by the College.

Full Name as you want it to appear on your cert; e.g Jane Rachael Smith

Please ensure the name given on the registration form is the name exactly as you want it to appear on your parchment. Subsequent corrections after parchments go to print will incur a €100 fee.
